Delivery:- Despatch of goods will take place within 5 working days upon receipt and payment of order. Most orders will be sent via Royal Mail. If you wish us to leave a message for your postman in case you are out then please fill in the Delivery Notes when Checking Out.

We guarantee all the products we supply and, in the unlikely event of the goods slipping below our usual high standards, we undertake to replace, refund or issue a credit against the value of the goods. Refunds must be made within 60 days of your transaction.

Postage fees:- All of our products are different weights and the postage fees have been calculated in the fairest possible way. Postage is charged at cost. However, if you ever pay more than 50p over what it has cost us to send then we will refund the difference. Packaging is done for free. Orders over £50 are subsidised by us.
